For Immediate Release

Thursday, November 12, 2009
Dear Ms. Usinowicz,
I am the owner of an Arizona based adventure tour company that specializes in rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking/backpacking & canyoneering vacations. Many of our multi-day adventures include camping in primitive/remote locations, far away from any restroom amenities. We have used the RESTOP II in the past with great success.
Recently I was lucky enough to be included on a private permit to raft down the Colorado River as the chef & trip leader. Luckily the National Park Service (Grand Canyon) had recently approved the RESTOP II for use on their river trips. On a previous trip we had used a different system and were not all that impressed.
This time was far better! We were able to provide a comfortable, sanitary and private restroom facility for the group. Even the ladies on the trip commented on how positive the experience was. That’s saying something!
Anyway, we will continue to use the RESTOP II in all of our primitive camping experiences, even our private ones – it’s just a far more hygienic option!
Thank you RESTOP!
Sincerely,
Bruce Leadbetter

NATIONAL PARK

Escondido, CA (May 5, 2009) – Grand Canyon National Park officials recently
announced that the RESTOP® waste kits are approved for river use in the Grand Canyon National Park.

RESTOP’s portable dry toilet system provides outdoor enthusiasts with an environmentally-sensitive way to manage human waste in the outdoors where lavatory facilities are not available.

The parent company, American Innotek, has been providing its patented product lines, Restop and Brief Relief to various industries including Utility, Telecom, Military, Government agencies and Outdoor markets for more than 20 years.

Restop sales manager, Lara Usinowicz has been instrumental in presenting the Restop’s usefulness in the Grand Canyon environment

RESTOP, along with American Innotek’s other product line, Brief Relief and Disposa-John, utilizes a proprietary blend of super absorbent polymers and natural enzymes to gel, treat and deodorize human waste, rendering it safe to dispose of in any trash receptacle.

Eco-friendly, RESTOP's solid and liquid waste containment systems are designed to be used with the transportable RESTOP Commode, complete with a full-sized soft toilet seat and water tight “gamma lid” or, in the wilderness, RESTOP solid waste containment systems can be used directly on the ground.
